Where It Began – 2016

As a young teenager, I discovered a love for trainers, but could never afford to pay the crazy resell prices.

So, I began reselling old pairs to fund my very own trainer collection.

"Since 2016, I've had a love and obsession for trainers. Like most 13 year olds, I couldn't afford the latest and greatest items. This was until I discovered you could buy Pre-Loved pairs for a fraction of the price." – Sam, Founder of SNCKicks.

  

Then – 2017

I began to resell trainers more and more often. By this point, it was a full-time side hustle.

"From 2016 to 2019, I was buying, cleaning and selling Pre-Loved pairs for a profit to fund my own little trainer addiction." 

It Continued – 2018

My love for kicks had grown even more and I was able to acquire more exclusive pairs.

The Start of SNC – 2019

In late 2019, the SNCKicks Instagram page was launched. Immediately, I began posting my stock on the new Instagram.

"2019 was the year that changed things. Everything suddenly clicked. I realised I could turn this side hustle into the real deal."

The Beginning – 2020

Lockdown hit and I began to grind every single day. I was now able to call myself a full time business owner. SNCKicks really made its name during this period of time.

The Middle – 2021

This was around the time where the business was properly started. It was a big jump into the deep end, but I decided to give it a go and never look back.

"In 2021, I threw myself in the deep end, deciding against going to University and to give this business a go... The Rest is History."
