Currently, SNCKicks solely operates online. We do not have a physical store location nor do we offer a pickup service.

  • Do You Offer Returns?

Yes, but you must notify us of the issue within 14 days of your item arriving. Failure to notify us within this period will void the conditions of a return. We are happy to exchange items, or issue store credit. Read more on our refund policy here.

  • Are Your Products Authentic?

Yes, all products sold on SNCKicks have been cleaned, verified and authenticated prior to being listed on our store. We do not condone or promote the sale of fake goods. You can read more on our authenticity here.

  • Do You Offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, Next Day Delivery is available for £8.00. We recommend using this shipping option to fully protect your parcel from risk of loss or damage. You can find more information on our shipping policy here.

  • How Do I Make A Payment?

At SNCKicks, we ensure to only offer the most secure payment methods for our customers. You can checkout on our website using PayPal or Apple/Google Pay with your Credit or Debit Card. If you have any more questions regarding payment, please contact us here.

  • How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Typically, orders placed on SNCKicks will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on the customers' chosen delivery option. As all items listed on our store are in hand, you can expect it to be delivered quickly and securely.

  • What To Do If Tracking Information Shows An Error?

In most cases, these issues will resolve themselves in 24 hours. However, if more than 24 hours have passed and there is still a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us here.

  • Can I Change My Delivery Details After I've Ordered?

No, it is very important that you provide us with accurate and up-to-date information on your delivery address. We will not be able to amend these details after the order has been placed.

 

Selling to SNCKicks

  • Can I Sell to SNCKicks?

Yes, we are always looking to buy inventory. We will buy anything at the right price. Please provide us with more details here.

  • Does SNCKicks Only Buy Pre-Loved Items?

No, we will also buy Brand New & Deadstock Items if they are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we are unable to buy New or Used Clothing Items as we operate solely in the footwear industry.

  • How Do I Get Paid When Selling?

We offer two types of payouts when selling to us. First, you can receive a PayPal Goods & Services payment prior to you dispatching the item(s). Or, you can receive a Bank Transfer payment once we have received, inspected and authenticated the item(s).

  • Can I Part-Exchange My Items For SNCKicks Inventory?

Yes, you are able to trade in your item(s) in exchange for an item of ours. However, we kindly ask the transaction to be in our favour, to make it worthwhile for us. This means we may ask for a small fee on top of your item(s), which must be settled immediately.
